This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv prosecutor's office, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“So, during searches of warehouses in the Solomensky district of Kiev, as well as vehicles, almost 4 tons of counterfeit alcoholic beverages were seized, which were packaged in glass bottles and packaging of well-known foreign brands, without excise stamps of the established type.
The total value of the seizure is about 5 million hryvnia.
The counterfeit was carried out “through the Internet using postal services,” the message says.
