“Then the question arises, who will work in the Donbass at the new enterprises that we are going to build there in the event of reintegration? Where will we get labor? We understand that it will be necessary to somehow attract a qualified, mobile, modern, educated workforce. It's not that easy to do. Now I am least worried about the forced resettlement of residents of Kyiv or Lvov there. That's the least of my worries.
