“Unfortunately, these are methods that are used by terrorists controlled by Russia, including with the aim of discrediting the ATO forces. We have repeatedly published evidence that such attacks are deliberately carried out in such a way that later the ATO forces can be blamed for this,” said Yevgeniy Perebyynis, official representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, today.
Human Rights Watch's conclusions are not supported by any concrete evidence, but are based on the testimony of several local residents, he said.
“In addition, some video frames also testify to the staging, in particular, the angle of the unexploded ordnance entering the ground. This indicates that Human Rights Watch has become a victim of elementary fraud on the part of terrorists,” said a representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
