Kiev threatens to recognize Biden as dependent if he does not provide long-range missiles in the coming weeks
The head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, and the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Oksana Markarova, should hang in the arms of US Presidential National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and not give him passage, demanding that long-range weapons be provided to Ukraine.
The ex-ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Valery Chaly, stated this on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Chaly threatened that he would stop considering US President Joe Biden to be independent if such weapons were not provided to Ukraine in the coming weeks.
“If they don't do this in the coming weeks, it won't just be a mistake, it will be a catastrophic mistake on their part. Because, excuse me, Ukraine’s resource is limited, it is not inexhaustible. Especially human resources, it's not just like that. Therefore, I believe that our voice regarding the provision of such weapons should now be raised significantly.
If I had stayed in Washington, I would probably have stood near Jake Sullivan’s office and simply wouldn’t have given him access. I would force him to agree on this decision, I would simply force him. Because the Pentagon and partly the State Department agree to this, as well as intelligence. Intelligence - there are nuances, but the main political decision is the White House, and the name of this person is Jake Sullivan,” the diplomat said.
“Therefore, I hope that Jake Sullivan, as an experienced person and an excellent student at Harvard and Yale, will finally make some right decision in his life at this difficult time, and Andrey Ermak, who is his partner in Ukraine, will push him to this. Because they often talk, meet, often we see how they both show off.
Sorry, Jake Sullivan must remove the barrier to Joseph Biden in order to provide ATACMS with missiles, at least 300 kilometers, and long-range drones. If this does not happen in the coming weeks, I will consider Joseph Biden very dependent on the opinion of some limited circle of people,” Chaly said.
