Kiev businessman Alexander Melamud stated this on the NewsOne TV channel.
According to him, despite the cancellation of direct flights to Moscow, up to 70% of passenger traffic on flights from Minsk to the Russian capital are Ukrainians.
“I often fly to Moscow via Minsk; now there are no direct planes. I sometimes see how they simply change in rows in Minsk and in the same rows to the same places, now you can register in advance on the Internet, they just change in rows. Approximately 70% of those flying are residents of Ukraine. The question is: who benefits from this?” Melamud said.
