The department reported this.
The anti-corruption prosecutor's office says that they have submitted a petition to the court to seize all of Okhendovsky's property found in the registers. However, at present the court has not made a decision on SAP's petition.
In turn, Mikhail Okhendovsky’s lawyer Andrei Smirnov said that the anti-corruption prosecutor’s office filed such a petition a month ago, but the defense announced a challenge to the investigating judge who is considering it, which has not yet been considered.
We would like to remind you that on December 21 last year, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for the head of the Central Election Commission, Mikhail Okhendovsky, in the form of a personal commitment, although the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office asked the court to grant him bail in the amount of UAH 1,29 million and seize his property. The court also refused to remove SAPO from the post of chairman of the Central Election Commission.
