In Kyiv, along with by-elections to the Verkhovna Rada of deputies from Crimea, they also propose appointing ministers of the autonomy.
Such an initiative was made at a press briefing in Kyiv by the general producer of the Black Sea TV and Radio Broadcasting Company Alexander Yankovsky, who has now moved to the Ukrainian capital.

“In addition to the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, all power structures of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea here on the mainland must be recreated,” Yankovsky believes. – If, of course, Ukraine considers Crimea its land, if it intends to, I would even say, not reintegrate, not de-occupy, but liberate Crimea, then Ukraine is obliged to do this. Even if in a truncated form, no one is saying that it is necessary to create a central headquarters that would employ 12 thousand police officers who will one day go over to the side of the Russian Federation. This should be a much smaller number, but it should be patriotic and proven people. The prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has already been recreated on the territory of Ukraine, ministries must be recreated, even in the form of one minister, even on a voluntary basis, without receiving a salary. There are such people, they are patriots who are ready to liberate Ukrainian Crimea.”
