Ex-Minister of Transport and Communications, former Verkhovna Rada deputy Yevgeny Chervonenko said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Both in the States, in Europe, according to my feelings, I was recently, there is already a bad lull. The fact that we have a harsh attitude towards liars, like scabies, is the worst thing. You can hate, you can love, and when you are despised... It seems to me that we are despised for everything. We have turned friends into enemies around the entire perimeter and are trying to do this further. Tell me, who today needs worsening relations with Poland, with Hungary, on the topic of language, on digging into history? I can tell you what professionals and amateurs say, just tourists who travel. They say they are inspecting us, the Germans and other countries have never inspected us like this. It’s just that the Poles at the border pester everything with cynicism. Just crossing the Polish border, firstly, it’s long, and secondly, it’s hard labor,” Chervonenko complained.
