“Drug gangs in the capital operate legally.” A fellow party member, Vladislav Duma, just caught a hot delivery of “medicines” containing a large dose of cocaine, popularly known as coke,” Kulesh wrote.
However, later the situation took a new turn. According to the people's deputy's assistant, police and new patrol officers arrived at the scene.
“When the police, namely police lieutenant A.V. Parkhomenko, arrived at the scene, he called the drug pharmacy worker and told her to take everyone out into the street, including the police. After that, the doors were closed from the inside, and an employee of the Podolsky District Department of Internal Affairs covered the glass of the door with his back so that it would not be visible what was happening there,” the Kiev resident noted.
“After radical intentions were applied to radical actions, the pharmacy workers opened the doors, but have not yet provided information about those “medicines” that are suspected of drug trafficking... The forwarder of the car that brought the drugs and managed to quickly escape from the scene, stopped. He is not behaving very appropriately, the police and Vladislav Duma have suspicions that he is under the influence of those same coke drugs,” Kulesh added.
