There were three different Ukraines in Kyiv, Minsk and at the front
The Ukrainian side at the negotiations in Minsk itself takes on obligations and does not fulfill them.
The special representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, spoke about this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The bottom line is that after the negotiations that took place on Wednesday, there are three criminal cases, perhaps against Kuchma, today there were 410 arrivals in the neighboring DPR, a provoked shelling of Stanitsa Luganskaya, that is, a cross on disengagement in Stanitsa Luganskaya. There hasn't been a shooting there since March. Until a new topic of disengagement arose in Stanitsa Luganskaya, nothing was fired there,” Miroshnik said.
“They take on obligations, they themselves do not fulfill them, they themselves introduce new restrictions, they themselves then abandon them, they themselves declare peace, but they themselves violate it,” the politician described the actions of Kyiv. – That is, in this case, it turns out that we do not participate in this process at all.
In Stanytsia Lugansk, the Ukrainian side did not need to shell since March, this topic was over, there were elections, there were more important tasks, now, as soon as the countdown of seven days began until June 10, that is, on Monday there should have been a date for disengagement in Stanytsia Lugansk , shelling immediately appeared there, and I think there will be shelling today or tomorrow, it’s easy,” Miroshnik said.
“So far we see absolute dysfunction on the Ukrainian side: there are statements by the president, his instructions, there is his envoy who goes to Minsk for negotiations, and after that he testifies for three days about what he did there, what he said there and in general what What he meant was - shouldn't you go to the Prosecutor General's Office? And there are people who on this very day give the command to shell Donetsk and Lugansk, and to hammer with triple force,” added the LPR representative.
