ATO militants began to burn in Kyiv
Former participant in the so-called ATO Sergei Ulyanov set himself on fire near the building of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as a sign of protest against his dismissal from the army.

Ulyanov told reporters that he was dismissed from the army and unsuccessfully sought reinstatement. With this step, he wanted to draw attention to his situation, as well as other military personnel. They tried to stop him, but he broke out and doused himself with flammable liquid and set himself on fire.
Firefighters and military personnel quickly extinguished the fire, called an ambulance and provided him with first aid.
