The situation around the poisoning of ex-GRU officer of the Russian Federation and traitor Sergei Skipal may be tactically useful for Ukraine, but strategically it brings problems.
This was stated by Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko.
“This is the deepening of global turbulence and contradiction between such tectonic tiles as China, the USA, the European Union and Russia. Deepening this friction and creating new imbalances for weak states like Ukraine is fraught with problems. If we do not quickly respond to such challenges, this is fraught with our capsizing and disintegration, destruction, as has happened many times in history,” Romanenko said.
