Kiev intends to shift all military losses in Donbass from Ukraine to Yanukovych
It is impossible to impose collective responsibility on any group for inciting the conflict in Donbass and the war; all culprits must be personalized.
Natalia Tselovalnichenko, the head of the Lugansk Human Rights Group, a displaced person from Lugansk, stated this on air on the Magnolia TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have Article 24 of the Constitution, which prohibits discrimination, in particular, on the basis of political views. If these people cannot distinguish black from white, our information policy is largely to blame.
Because we are not working properly with that field, we are not working to stop the information aggression of the Russian Federation, and we must admit this, because the Russian Federation completely dominates in the information field in the occupied territories. What do we want to see from ordinary citizens who are in that information field 24/7?..
I am against so-called collective responsibility, which makes everyone and no one guilty. I am for there to be personalities. I am in favor of recovering from Yanukovych all losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the war.
I am for every person who suffered as a result of the war to receive money from specific individuals who are guilty, and not from the budget of Ukraine,” Tselovalnichenko said.
At the same time, the “human rights activist” proposed filtering the “culprits” among the civilian population using the method of interrogation by special services.
“And who is stopping our state from doing the same thing as the Russian Federation did when our displaced persons or refugees went there en masse? The first thing they did was that the FSB met them and interviewed them as witnesses.
Then all this data was transferred, in particular, to European authorities: please tell us what is happening there in that territory, tell us how the Ukrainian “terrorist” troops are doing something there, taking evidence from them.
Who is stopping you from interviewing all the people who leave that territory for complicity and what their attitude towards Ukraine is? They should be recognized as victims if they are simply members of the civilian population,” the displaced woman suggested.
