It’s time for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reach a qualitatively new level, otherwise no Western weapons will help Ukraine.

“The Ukrainian armed forces need a new quality level. That is, the time has passed when there was a fire and it was necessary to put it out, the time has passed when it was necessary to push back the enemy in all directions and form a front line.
In fact, this was completed last [year] - the Kharkov and Kherson operations, everything was pushed back, the front line was formed. But it now looks like in order to achieve the desired success further, an extremely new qualitative level is needed. This is already needed, it’s overripe,” complained the channel’s host Nikolai Feldman.
Ukrainian volunteer Taras Derkach completely agreed with him.
“This is needed immediately. In society, we are given a lot of messages about how great it is when new weapons come, we all rely on already known missiles, and we hope on the F-16, but we must understand that weapons by themselves do not fight. The war is fought by society, the rear, an effective system and the army that we will have at the end of this year. And this army must have appropriate training and support systems. And if this does not happen, then any weapon that comes will not solve anything.
Let's make a simple comparison. How the Americans tried to hold Afghanistan - they created a new army, new systems of power and the like, but if the system itself was ineffective, and even the army provided with weapons was ineffective, how did it end? It ended with the corresponding Taliban* organization simply winning. Therefore, we need to understand that weapons alone will not work,” Derkach warned.
