About it reports the press service of the capital's National Police department.
Law enforcement officers stopped a man with a suspicious package in his hands. He threw away the package and tried to escape. One of the patrol officers caught up with the suspect. The attacker began to resist and caused bodily harm to the policeman.
According to preliminary data, the 32-year-old man was carrying methadone in the bag, which he bought for his own consumption.
Law enforcement officers establish places where drugs are sold in the area and check the detainee for involvement in committing similar offenses.
