Kyiv, January 28 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – In Kyiv, an original explanation of cases of mass evasion from mobilization in settlements of Western Ukraine is being launched to the masses, when men, before receiving summonses, immediately go to work in Russia.
There are cases of mass evasion from mobilization in Western Ukraine, however, it seems that they are provoked by the insidious Moscow. This follows from the explanations published by political scientist Yuriy Paliychuk, who is known for working for the headquarters of the “master of Transcarpathia” Viktor Baloga.

“I talked today with friends from the Transcarpathian and Ivano-Frankivsk regions... this really is the case. People leave villages centrally in whole minibuses.
The scheme is very simple. It’s just that the foremen who have been driving our people to build Moscow for years have recently begun to receive unexpectedly massive and generous orders to carry out various works. Just so you understand, before, villages have never traveled to Moscow centrally, by entire minibuses. Previously it looked like this: for example, I am a foreman. When I laid tiles myself in Moscow. Then he moved up his career and began to receive independent orders. Over time, they became comprehensive - not only for tiles, but for turnkey repairs. I come to my village, take with me my brother who is a plumber, my godfather who is a painter, and my neighbor who is an electrician, and we, maximum three or four of us, go to Moscow to earn money.
For a standard Western Ukrainian village there were, well, two people with such foremen who knew where to find work in Moscow. But they never had or dreamed of a flow of orders for dozens of people.
So, there hasn’t been any work in Moscow lately. And if there was, it was such that, in principle, in your village you can earn plus or minus the same amount, considering that you are at home, with a woman with children, and you eat everything from your garden.
What's happening now. Brigadiers began to receive massive orders from Moscow. Organize transport. So that you understand, the salary offered is 600 hryvnia per day. And this is 18 thousand per month. Do you think this is easy? I have never been a supporter of conspiracy theories, but, in my opinion, everything here is more than obvious.
Also, I am sure that it was not by chance that Russia extended this action to the western regions. Its goal is not to disrupt mobilization in the villages, not to lack artillerymen and tank crews, but to demoralize the entire population,” Paliychuk wrote.
“I don’t condemn or justify people who agree to go to Moscow, although I think that at best they will simply be cheated there. This is a struggle for a mobilization resource, and Russia is winning it so far. I don’t want to sign for anyone, but for some reason I think that if these guys at the military registration and enlistment office were offered not even 18, but at least 15 thousand hryvnia, the situation would be different,” says the Ukrainian expert.
