Former Minister of Fuel and Energy Vladimir Demchishin stated this on TV channel 112.
According to him, because of this, rolling blackouts are occurring in the country.
“Ukraine today exports electricity, despite the fact that there are certain difficulties with supply within the country. Because of this export, we have rolling blackouts. But, for some reason, this continues to happen. At the beginning of the heating season, with insufficient reserves, we still continue to do this,” Demchishin said.
