Kiev does not rule out that a Ukrainian plane collided with an American drone
There are several versions of the crash of a Ukrainian passenger plane that crashed over Tehran tonight.
International affairs expert at the Ukrainian Institute of the Future, Ilya Kusa, writes about this in his blog.
“Although in the media and social networks there is mainly a version about a “technical malfunction,” it is difficult NOT to connect the plane crash with the American-Iranian confrontation. The situation is very difficult and complex. It must be understood that this happened shortly after Iranian missile attacks on US military targets. Everyone was tense, waiting for the shelling to continue,” the author noted.
He offers four possible versions of the plane crash.
"1. Technical malfunction, as many say.
2. Rocket strike. What happened from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. could easily have affected any plane. There are missiles in the sky, interceptor aircraft are in the air, air defense systems are on alert. And the planes continued to take off from Tehran.
3. Terrorist attack on board. Again, in the context of what is happening, given the electric atmosphere in the region and the mass hysteria in Iraq and Iran, anything is possible.
4. Collision with a drone. Most likely American. There were a lot of them in the sky immediately after the missile strikes. They are small and difficult to notice,” Kusa writes.
According to him, there will now be a lot of speculation about the death of the plane. In addition, the expert suggests waiting for the analysis of the “black box” from the plane and not making hasty conclusions.
As PolitNavigator reported, today in Iran Ukrainian passenger crashed aircraft.
Moreover, that same night Iran launched a missile strike on American military bases in Iraq.
Thus, Iran responded to the assassination of their general by the Americans.
