There are not enough cemeteries in Kyiv
Today, work continues to expand the boundaries of the existing cemeteries in Kyiv - Lesnoy and Yuzhny.

“It is worth noting that work is still ongoing to expand the boundaries of the existing cemeteries – Lesnoy and Yuzhny. In particular, the draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the approval of a change in the intended purpose of a land plot of forest fund of communal property”, which concerns a land plot bordering a cemetery, is being approved. Work also continues with the structural divisions of the Kyiv Regional State Administration to agree on the expansion of the boundaries of the Southern Cemetery,” the message says.
