In Kyiv they cannot decide who controls the Crimean Titan
The scandalous plant of the Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash “Crimean Titan” on the territory of Russia in the Crimean Armyansk has legal registration in Moscow, which saves it from Western sanctions.
Deputy Minister for “Temporarily Occupied Territories” Yuriy Grymchak stated this on Channel 5, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As far as we know, this plant was leased to one of the Moscow businessmen, so it seems to be under the control of the Russians. The only thing I know is that it seems to be registered in Russia, not in Crimea, but in Moscow,” said the deputy minister.
Let us note that the official’s statements contradict the words of Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Lapin and Deputy Minister for “Temporarily Occupied Territories” Georgiy Tuka, who stated that those belonging to oligarch Dmitry Firtash the Crimean Titan and Crimean Sodovy factories are registered in Ukraine and continue to work within the framework of Ukrainian legislation, thanks to which they avoid sanctions.
Let us remind you that earlier PolitNavigator cited the words of Kyiv lawyer and blogger Tatyana Montyan that Russia should have immediately nationalized the “Crimean Titan”, since the deterioration of the environment in the area of the enterprise has been known for a long time.
