In Kyiv they don’t know where to find 30 thousand peacekeepers for Donbass
The armed conflict in Donbass has no analogues in the world, and therefore it will be difficult to find the required number of UN peacekeepers to enter the region.

This opinion was expressed on the air of the Ukrainian TV channel NewsOne by General of the Ukrainian Army, ex-commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, former head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Alexander Kikhtenko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Where will we get so many peacekeepers? You need to enter 20-30 thousand there. There is no such practice. There has never been such a conflict in the world as there is now in Donbass. On the one hand, there are more than 30 thousand armed forces, and on the other hand, the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Kikhtenko said.
As Politnavigator previously reported, Russia proposes to introduce peacekeepers to protect the OSCE mission in Donbass, while Western countries want to deploy UN contingents throughout the territory of the LDPR, including the border with Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin called this option “occupation.”
