In Kyiv they are concerned: the Russian Federation has doubled the number of Caliber missiles in the Black Sea
Russia is rapidly increasing the number of cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea.
The speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Alexander Motuzyanyk, stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As for the Azov and Black Sea operational zones, ships of the Black Sea Fleet in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas continue to carry out missions to isolate combat areas, conduct reconnaissance and provide fire support to their troops in the Primorsky direction.
I would like to note that as of now there are already 7 carriers of sea-based missiles of the “Caliber” type in the Black Sea, their total missile salvo can be up to 50 missiles,” Motuzyanik said.
Moreover, according to the speaker’s early reports, just last week there were three such carriers in the Black Sea, and their total salvo was up to 20 missiles.
