In Kyiv, on Pobedy Avenue, 79, a terrible tragedy occurred - a man cut the throat of his 28-year-old wife, after which he wanted to blow up his apartment.

Vlad Antonov, a social activist and head of the portal Dtp.kiev.ua, wrote about this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are working at the scene of a terrible emergency in Kyiv... My wife died on the spot. The husband is hospitalized in intensive care in critical condition. The police and an operational investigation team are working on the spot,” he wrote yesterday.
After the murder, the man turned on four gas burners and cut his wrists. An ambulance took him away with a large loss of blood. According to Espreso.tv, neighbors reported the tragedy to law enforcement officers and journalists. People heard the smell of gas and called State Emergency Service rescuers, who were able to get into the apartment.
And today the names of the participants in the tragedy and the details of what happened have been revealed.
As the Kiev publication Obozrevatel reports, the stabbed Kiev woman’s name was Svetlana Krivenko (nee Tchaikovskaya), and her husband, who carried out the bloody massacre, was Oleg Krivets. The deceased worked as a nurse at the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, and her murderer husband was a member of the so-called “ATO” and, obviously, “went crazy” because of this. The conflict between Krivets and his wife was motivated by jealousy, since her broken phone was found next to the woman’s body. In a fit of anger, her husband stabbed her 40 times, and then cut his wrists and ripped open his stomach.
The pages of the deceased and her husband were found on the social network Facebook. On them, the couple posted many family photographs and nationalist posts, posing against the backdrop of military equipment and the Ukrainian flag.
