“The monument was doused with red paint, presumably from a glass container. The message was entered into the unified accounting journal. The issue of qualifications is being resolved,” said Oksana Blishchik, speaker of the capital’s police.
The Monument to Vladimir is the oldest sculptural monument in Kyiv, built in 1853, one of the unofficial symbols of the city.
