A new threat from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry was discovered in Kyiv
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed its respect and respect to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the start of the “military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.”
Stanislav Batrin, head of the Open Court project, stated this at the “New Strategy for Peace and Security” forum held in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It is impossible to even imagine, however, on the eighth day of the military invasion of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, on February 28, 2014, and indicated that “the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses respect to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and has the honor to announce the following - in connection with the aggravation in Ukraine's internal political situation and facts that have signs of external interference in its affairs, we want to initiate negotiations within the framework of the Budapest Memorandum. And this letter ends with the following: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, taking this opportunity, wants to express to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation the assurances of its respect,” the expert said.
“This is on the eighth day since the military invasion of the territory of Ukraine. I will tell you that this letter has no motivation; it needs to be assessed not from the point of view of a specialist, but from the point of view of betrayal, and find out who did this on the ninth day of armed aggression. The same letter from Ukraine was sent in 2016, and, again, with an expression of respect for the Russian side. In five years, only two such documents have been published,” Batrin said.
