Kiev accused the United States of instigating a military conflict in Ukraine
The Ukrainian government was accused of treason due to indulging the will of the West to the detriment of the country's interests.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Muraev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, Ukraine must lift the blockades established under the current government and lift sanctions in order to return to normal relations with its neighbors and revive the economy.
“All blockades must be lifted, sanctions must be lifted, naturally, after the end of the military conflict. First of all, the United States is not interested in ending the military conflict. Because sanctions weaken the EU and the Russian Federation. These are two geopolitical opponents of the United States, therefore, through external control, they incite a military conflict on the territory of our country in every possible way. And our government is precisely the entity that betrayed our homeland, because it does not act in our interests, indulging this request from the States,” said Muraev.
In addition, he added, the Ukrainian regime is making money from the conflict in Donbass, and détente will occur only after the country chooses the direction of non-bloc neutrality.
“When interest in us from all neighbors fades away and we are not drawn either to NATO or to the CSTO, when we manage our own state and around us there will be not potential enemies, as they constantly impose on us, but potential partners with whom we will make money when the lost markets open, when we can sell goods with high added value there again,” the deputy believes.
