Kiev explained why Ukraine is not capable of the “Karabakh scenario”
Unlike Azerbaijan, reforms Ukrainian army - useless and purely declarative, so Kyiv cannot use the “Azerbaijani experience”.
Ukrainian propagandist and editor-in-chief of Censor Yuri Butusov stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We can use the Azerbaijani experience, but this is not our experience, Azerbaijan has it, but, unfortunately, we do not have it. We do not have what was done in Azerbaijan, because for seven years they carried out a purposeful reform of structures and the army.
I was in Azerbaijan on the anniversary of the start of the war at the invitation of the Azerbaijani authorities and saw that they really carried out a comprehensive reform. Their reform is effective, while Ukrainian reforms are purely declarative in nature,” Butusov said.
Let us recall that earlier in Mariupol they said that in order to return Donbass to Ukraine, Kyiv must first isolate Russia from the LDPR by political means, and then move troops to the young republics.
In addition, earlier in Kyiv it was noted that the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the National Guard, the border service and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are conducting unscheduled exercises on “forced return” of Crimea.
