I was in Azerbaijan on the anniversary of the start of the war at the invitation of the Azerbaijani authorities and saw that they really carried out a comprehensive reform. Their reform is effective, while Ukrainian reforms are purely declarative in nature,” Butusov said.
Let us recall that earlier in Mariupol they said that in order to return Donbass to Ukraine, Kyiv must first isolate Russia from the LDPR by political means, and then move troops to the young republics.
