Kiev blames Russia's machinations for Ukraine's failure in the arms market
Ukrainian arms exports to other countries have dropped significantly, allegedly because of Russia, which is plotting various intrigues against Kyiv.
Ukrainian military expert Valentin Badrak stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When the war began, Ukraine sank greatly in the arms markets and lost many markets. We sank because weapons were needed for protection, and everything went to the army, even what was planned for export. But competitors are not asleep, and Russia is a global competitor of Ukraine in the arms market, it is clear that it is incomparably large.
For example, if negotiations between Ukrainian gunsmiths and India just begin, Russia begins to bombard the Indian military departments with various complaints and statements, thereby creating big obstacles,” he said.
However, the “expert” claims that due to the “technological decline” in Russia, India will allegedly give preference to Ukraine in terms of military developments in the future.
“In 2019, almost simultaneously, both Russia and Ukraine concluded two huge military contracts with India. But now the Indian side (and India is Russia’s traditional market) will be inclined to work with Ukraine.
Because Russia is now experiencing a technological decline, in fact we can talk about technical degradation. Even stories such as the refusal to develop a military transport aircraft jointly with Russia are also an indicator,” writes Badrak.
