In Kyiv they fear that the Ukrainian games will end in the “Karabakh version”
If Kyiv continues to try to meddle in the politics of powerful countries and play the role of anti-Russia, then in the near future all this will come back to haunt Ukraine with dire consequences.
Kiev political scientist Andrei Ermolaev said this on air on the Apostrophe TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are dealing with rapid processes in neighboring regions - the merger of the European Union, the emergence of the Turan project, where Turkey acts as a new consolidator. And in this regard, Ukraine’s attempts to play other people’s games may lead to the fact that in the spring, instead of the so-called support, we can very quickly get our own “Karabakh version,” the expert said.
He emphasized that the continuation of Russophobic policies could end extremely sadly for Ukraine.
“What might this look like? A bet on protection from Russia and the British-American project can lead to the most - to a sharp aggravation of already difficult relations with the Russian Federation, perhaps even to a worsening of the situation with our Cold War. We may run into a sharp deterioration in trade relations, even leading to new economic blockades.
And I do not rule out that after this aggravation we will face a final farewell to Donbass and new introverted processes,” the expert concluded.
