Kiev political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga stated this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.

One missile in Belarus, and, mind you, the CSTO did not assemble it. There were no requirements. They simply called the ambassador with a question; this is normal diplomatic practice. But both options have already been tried,” he said.
Mikhail Chaplyga is confident that this action made it possible to finally become convinced that NATO will not fight for Poland, even if it is attacked.
“Now imagine if suddenly Russia publicly launches one missile that doesn’t make any difference at all. It ends up in a certain warehouse located in the Polish Republic, which temporarily houses weapons for supplies to Ukraine. What will happen next?
The fourth and fifth articles of NATO do not mean that suddenly all fifteen Luxembourg soldiers will form a common formation with the Poles and go to war. The fifth article means that there will simply be supplies to the country that was attacked.
That is, Poland can interpret this as an attack on itself, a declaration of war, and all other countries should help it. The strength of Article XNUMX is its collective impersonality.
In response, theoretically, the Poles can, since they were attacked by Russia, wage a war on foreign territory. Accordingly, it is necessary to advance and attack Russia. I mean, answer. And burn down Moscow for them. For the first time, or what? – explained the political scientist.
However, he admitted that it is unlikely that the matter will reach Moscow, and everything will end much faster on the territory of Ukraine.
“Now compare the propaganda of Russia, which it has been promoting for three or four months, and that’s millions, that Poland sleeps and sees how to capture Western Ukraine. Do you understand now what we're talking about?
