Kiev fears that Washington will use the Maldivian scandal to force Poroshenko to comply with Minsk
The compromising material that the United States has on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko can be used to force Kyiv to reconsider its attitude towards the Minsk agreements, Nezavisimaya Gazeta writes.

The publication recalls that the Ukrainian authorities have been demanding for more than a year that the Minsk agreements be implemented in a different order than the points in which the points were written down; in particular, they insist on the priority of the point on border control, which appears last after the resolution of political issues such as elections and amnesty.
