Kiev fears consequences following the meeting between Putin and Trump
It is unlikely that the meeting between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Donald Trump will end with the signing of serious documents.

The head of the Third Sector information and analytical center, Andrei Zolotarev, said this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom, it is good for Kiev that Trump will meet with Poroshenko earlier than with Putin, since this is “ provides a minimal dose of optimism,” which, however, will not result in any serious political documents.
“They will once again blame the slowdown of reforms, they will talk about the settlement in Donbass, perhaps they will say a few words about Crimea, but still a sacramental phrase will be uttered: Peter, it’s time to implement the Minsk agreements. And after the meeting with Putin, which is scheduled for July 6, the most interesting things will begin. In what forms, we can only guess. I don’t want to engage in conspiracy theories, but it is absolutely clear that even if Trump and Putin do not agree on anything, this will not remain without consequences for Ukraine,” the political scientist emphasized.
