The corresponding document under No. 62 was adopted on Friday, September 16, writes the Kiev edition of Law and Business.
The publication reports details of the decision.
“The judges determined a list of expenses that must be compensated from the state budget. They include fees for digging and burying graves, cremating bodies and storing urns with the ashes of the dead in a crematorium, as well as sending a coffin with a body outside of Ukraine. The decision stipulates that the deceased judge will be provided with a hearse, three funeral wreaths, and a coffin will be produced free of charge,” the publication says.
At the same time, you will have to pay for the monument, since its cost and installation cannot exceed ten minimum wages.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, judges are leaving Ukrainian courts in their thousands.
