In Kyiv they realized: impoverished Ukraine is not a subject of negotiations
If Ukraine bans all business with Russian capital, it will lose current and future investment from other countries.
Ex-member of the Rada, businessman Evgeniy Chervonenko said this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, neither American nor any other investors will come to Ukraine if they see that the authorities can easily deal with unwanted businessmen.
“You are shouting about war, but if we touch Russian property here - and this is not Russian, these are Ukrainian enterprises. Money has no nationality. The money came, they complied with the laws and the fact that some squads were robbing... What did we gain from the fact that the Zarya NGO stopped in Nikolaev? All vessels from kayaks to the latest cruisers were powered by our diesel engines. They (Russia - author) built substitutes and bought Chinese ones. Well, they stopped MotorSich in Zaporozhye and started using Chinese engines. When will we stop engaging in politics and start talking about Ukraine? Nobody needs beggars; they are not a subject of negotiations. The rules are the same for everyone - if we punish the Russians today, then don’t believe that Jewish or American money will come to us,” Chervonenko said.
