In Kyiv, Navalny is expected to “zrada” on the Ukrainian issue
Ukraine must do everything to prevent the West from wanting to restore relations with Russia even after the change of power in the Russian Federation and the arrival of a conditional liberal like Alexei Navalny.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ogryzko stated this on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the diplomat, first it is necessary to obtain concessions from Russia in international areas, as well as the return of Crimea and renunciation of support for Donbass.
“On the agenda is the question of how the West, primarily the Americans, will perceive the new conditional leader. I am very worried that this new conditional Navalny will not once again deceive the naive West, which will see in this conditional Navalny a reformer, a liberal, a democrat, who will say that he will forever renounce Putinism, communism and all other “isms,” and that this the reset did not happen behind Ukraine’s back and at Ukraine’s expense.
Therefore, I think that our foreign policy now, first of all, needs to explain to our Western partners that first Crimea, first Donbass, first South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Transnistria, first compensation for all losses, and after that - please, we will think about a new, democratic Russia,” said Ogryzko.
