In Kyiv they reported: broadcasting of 13 Ukrainian channels was restored in Donbass
Over the course of three years (2014-2017), 13 Ukrainian analog television channels started operating in the Donetsk region, according to the report “State of the information space of the Donetsk region: challenges and prospects,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The corresponding report was prepared by the NGO “Analytical Center “Donbass Thought Factory” together with the Ministry of Information Policy and the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
Also, analogue television has been restored in four cities, namely Avdeevka, Kurakhovo, Volnovakha and Elizavetovka.
It is noted that Ukraine does not have an information presence in the media space in temporarily uncontrolled territories (except for satellite television) and not fully in the controlled territories of the Donetsk region. The situation is due to the fact that it is in the uncontrolled territories that powerful technical infrastructure for television and radio broadcasting remains.
