This was stated by military expert, Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmitry Tymchuk: “Of course, given the claims that exist, Ukraine against the Russian Federation, in particular in Crimea, it is legally necessary for us that this equipment remain there. It makes no sense for us to take it. This is yet another proof with which Moscow officially admits: “Yes, we captured”... In military terms, I have no doubt that this equipment is not combat-ready.”
