Hungary is already ready for the annexation of Transcarpathia, just as the population of the region will gladly become part of another country.

Nationalist writer Larisa Nitsoi stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to her, Hungary has created all the conditions to attract the population of Transcarpathia to its side.
“Recently the Hungarian Prime Minister said that they are calling for all countries, for example, to create their own autonomies. Now let’s see what, for example, Hungary is doing for its autonomy. She has long laid her mental paw on Transcarpathia, the territory where Hungarian minorities live. They additionally finance Ukrainian schools, where they study in Hungarian, also at their own expense. They finance teachers, they renovate schools, they finance parents who bring their children to their schools, they issue passports to these citizens. And Ukrainian citizens who take Hungarian passports take an oath of allegiance to Hungary. That is, this territory, in fact, is already ready to be given over to Hungary. Hungary, the only thing that is thinking is how to save face in front of its European partners, well, they are not Russia, to come and just annex, but the territory is already ready,” Nitsoi said.
