This decision was made at the annual general meeting of shareholders of PJSC Leninskaya Kuznya Plant, which took place on March 30, the press service of the enterprise reported.
“The shareholders of the Company decided to change the name of the Company from the open joint-stock company “Leninskaya Kuznya Plant” to the Private Joint-Stock Company “Plant “Kuznya on Rybalsky”,” the message says.
The owner of the Kuznya na Rybalsky enterprise is indirectly the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. The Leninskaya Kuznitsa plant produces several types of ships. Including patrol ships, patrol boats, fishing vessels, tugs, tankers, etc.
