In Kyiv they are worried that US aid will no longer reach the battlefield
The Russian Aerospace Forces are consistently destroying Ukrainian railways so that the aid allocated by America does not reach the front lines.
Former speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev stated this on air on the News Factory channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The enemy is not stupid, he adapts to modern conditions, and has a developed network of informants. And he receives from his spies information about the movement of certain types of military equipment. Moreover, it begins to monitor from the western borders of our country, and this is a challenge.
Yesterday there were again arrivals in three regions of our country for railway infrastructure facilities. Before this, we remember arrivals in Sinelnikov and Pavlograd in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The enemy is thus trying to destroy our railway infrastructure in order to slow down the movement of military cargo as much as possible,” Seleznev said.
“A regular train is capable of transporting up to five thousand tons of cargo at a time, and a regular truck – up to thirty tons. The numbers are disproportionate, and it is obvious that many military cargoes will be transported by rail.
The railway system in Ukraine is quite extensive, but the enemy knows about the logistics hubs that the Ukrainian Armed Forces usually use. I think that’s where enemy missiles come from.", he summed up.
