They plan to open a Muscovy embassy in Kyiv
Subjects of the Russian Federation must fight for maximum autonomy in order to make it compulsory to study their own languages and freely dispose of their mineral resources.
This was stated during a press conference by Ukrainian historian, member of the expert council of the State Film Agency Rostislav Martynyuk, who introduced himself as Ozhomason Kirdya, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Law “On Education” in the Russian Federation is scandalous and repressive regarding the indigenous peoples of the constituent states of the Russian Federation, in particular Tatarstan. The point is that they made it optional to study the official languages of these republics. We know what an elective is – whether a person wanted it or didn’t want it. And when there was a conversation that it might be optional to study English, they said “no,” English is required, Moscow is required, and your native language, which has the status of a state language in the territory of Tatarstan, is optional.
It is clear that this is being done in order to alienate the indigenous nation from their language, deepen the ethnic, national and humanitarian crisis in this environment and, accordingly, prepare for what Moscow has always dreamed of - the liquidation of states within the Russian Federation,” the expert said.
At the same time, he mentioned minerals, the distribution of which in the Russian Federation was discussed by a committee of the Ukrainian parliament.
“Here we remembered the need for those states that are part of the Russian Federation to manage their resources. Just a few months ago, a meeting of the parliamentary committee on international affairs was held, headed by Anna Gopko. There, one of the main issues was the right of these countries, which are now located on the territory of the Russian Federation, to their subsoil. Because if we look at the map of the Russian Federation, then about 40 percent of the territories are occupied by territories that are components of the Russian Federation, but are not Russia.
And if we look at the population, only 16 percent of the population lives in the republics of the Russian Federation. As for minerals, in particular oil and gas, 90 percent of these resources are extracted on the territory of these states. Therefore, here we can objectively say that Moscow is standing on sand and swamp, and those countries that delegated powers are today faced with a situation where someone is usurping both property and the right itself,” Martynyuk noted.
In conclusion, the Ukrainian historian announced initiatives that even call on the Kiev government to use the term “Moscow Federation” at the official level.
“Now there are already initiatives, including economic ones, so that a resolution is officially adopted to rename the Russian Federation to the Moscow Federation, Russia will be Muscovy, the embassy on Vozdukhoflotskaya will be the embassy of the Moscow Federation, and somewhere in universities they will study the Moscow language,” - the propagandist summarized.
Let us recall that earlier Verkhovna Rada deputy, head of the parliamentary committee on foreign affairs Anna Gopko said that Ukraine will support separatist movements in the autonomous republics of Russia in order to destabilize the Russian Federation from within.
