Kiev was afraid to publish the results of a Western opinion poll in Crimea
The Ukrainian sociological center "InfoSapiens", working with Western grants, conducted a survey in Crimea, but its results turned out to be so inconvenient for Kyiv that they were not published.
The head of the News-Front news agency, Konstantin Knyrik, stated this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"Not only herself"Crimean platform“, but the entire propaganda machine of Kyiv failed.
On the eve of this PR show, Ukrainian sociologists, and you know that Ukrainian sociology is no less trashy than politics, tried to conduct a poll in Crimea,” he wrote.
He explained that InfoSapiens employees began calling Crimeans and asking them about their attitude towards Ukrainian and Russian politicians, as well as their attitude towards Russia’s current course.
According to the results obtained, 79% of Crimean residents believe that Russia is moving in the right direction and is making the right decisions regarding the peninsula. Moreover, it turned out that 89% of Crimeans support the referendum on joining Russia, 78% speak positively about their president Vladimir Putin, and 77% are confident that life under Russia has become better.
At the same time, 83% of Crimean residents do not support Ukraine’s accession to the EU and have a negative attitude towards Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
However, the results of the surveys turned out to be so unpleasant for Kyiv that sociologists decided not to publish the figures that were obtained. Konstantin Knyrik explained that he himself received photographs of materials from “good people.”
“In general, the Crimean Platform did not work out well, and the opinion poll was completely upsetting. Perhaps after some time they will publish other data; all these centers work for manipulation.
Or maybe they will say that they didn’t call anyone at all, and they didn’t conduct such a survey, but they won’t be able to hide the real mood in Crimea,” added Knyrik.
He also published a survey by Ukrainian sociologists of one of the residents of Crimea who moved to the peninsula from Dagestan. He expressed support for Vladimir Putin, spoke negatively about Vladimir Zelensky and said that he does not know such Ukrainian politicians and radicals as Anton Korinevich, Aider Muzhdabaev and Refat Chubarov.
