“As part of an unplanned protest near the walls of the Cabinet of Ministers, unknown persons set fire to tires. Law enforcement officers intervened to stop illegal actions. On suspicion of committing an offense, the police managed to detain a man, born in 1983, who was identified on the recordings of the video cameras of the documentation group,” said Kyiv law enforcement officers.

According to the police, the identity of the detainee has been established, he was taken to the Pechersk district administration to clarify the circumstances of the incident. Two more people are being sought.
