“Biden will not be able to change the global trend of America’s weakening. It is no coincidence that Brzezinski, in his book “Strategic View,” wrote that by 2036 the United States will lose its position as a global leader. And when one force loses global leadership, several contenders begin to fight or even fight for it. This was the case in both the First World War and the Second World War. It will be so now.

According to Grigory Perepelitsa, in this situation, Joe Biden will try to find allies outside NATO, and Russia will be the first contender here.
“What can Biden do? He finds himself in such a situation - on the one hand, Russia is an enemy, it must be contained. On the other hand, he understands that he can no longer even preserve the position of the United States without Russia.
Because China is growing, Iran will develop its nuclear program. They have lost their influence in Syria, as well as in the Middle East. Therefore, they need to look for allies outside NATO. In other words, Russia could be useful to Biden. Biden is counting on this, but Putin looks at him with disdain,” the expert concluded.
