This was announced by the Director of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Oleg Sharov, Hromadske reports.
“They can arrive until September 30. During this period, the educational centers “Donbass - Ukraine” and “Crimea - Ukraine” are operating. We have data on more than a thousand people from uncontrolled parts of Donbass and more than 150 people from Crimea, but this is not final data yet,” Sharov said.
