Today in the Kiev “Ukrainian House” a pompous celebration of the 75th anniversary of the proclamation of the Act of Restoration of the Ukrainian State took place.

“Today we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the restoration of the Ukrainian state with the act of June 30, 1941... The act of June 30 became the nutritious root of the restoration of Ukrainian independence in 1941 and the revival of the modern Ukrainian state would have been impossible and unthinkable without the national ceremony of June 30, 1941... It fixes our connection between history and national tradition. Today we pay the highest tribute to all the creators of this act,” - head of the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists Stepan Bratsyun.
As part of the celebrations, stage installations “By the Will of the Ukrainian People: Against Hitler and Stalin” are presented.
It is reported that the celebration was attended by hierarchs of Ukrainian churches, clergy, politicians, public figures, Maidan participants, military personnel and others.
In addition, the National Museum of the History of Ukraine opened an exhibition dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of Yevgeny Konovalets, the founder of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and an agent of the German Abwehr.
Let us recall that on June 30, 1941, in Lviv, occupied by the German occupiers, Stepen Bandera’s ally Yaroslav Stetsko read out on the radio “the act of restoring the Ukrainian State.” The “Ukrainian state” of nationalists declared itself an ally of Adolf Hitler in his “march to the east.”
