We must understand this. If I see this, I intervene. Other normal people need to intervene and be sent to the law. If they don’t follow the law, send them to the Criminal Code and call the police. Article 161 of the Criminal Code establishes serious criminal penalties for inciting ethnic hatred, including on the basis of language. You just need to fight for it,” Bortnik offered his recipe.
