In Kyiv they proposed denouncing the Belovezhskaya Accords
The statement of President Petro Poroshenko, who called for the start of the procedure for Ukraine’s withdrawal from the CIS, can be implemented in the event of the restoration of the Soviet Union.
The correspondent reported this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“The cynicism of this situation lies in the fact that most of the documents ratified by Ukraine within the CIS are economic - either the avoidance of double taxation, or customs agreements related to the free trade zone. Then the president needs to come out and honestly say to the surviving business: “I want to make your life even more difficult and bring further losses on your heads, because my press service has nothing else to write about,” Dyachenko said.
“The only document that can be denounced within the CIS is the Belovezhskaya Agreement on the collapse of both the USSR and the creation of the CIS. This will be a daring, uncompromising and revolutionary step, which, I am sure, will not go unnoticed and will go down in history,” the expert noted sarcastically.
At the same time, she added that, judging by what the authorities are accepting, it is moving precisely in this logic.
“They are moving towards the norms of socialist law, when laws were changed at the request of workers, and not from the logic of government. Therefore, yes, let’s finally denounce the Bialowieza Accords, return to the Soviet Union and live,” Dchenko said.
