In Kyiv, they “prevented a terrorist attack” against Zelensky. Details are promised after the end of the war.
Ukrainian special services prevented a terrorist attack against the country's leadership.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Enin announced this on the air of a propaganda telethon.
“More than 800 persons suspected of sabotage and intelligence activities were detained and transferred under jurisdiction to the Security Service of Ukraine,” Yenin boasted.
The official said that the other day police in Kyiv detained one of the drivers, who began to behave nervously during the check. A preliminary review of his phone allegedly confirmed the presence of images of both military facilities and movements of military equipment. According to the deputy minister, this person was detained.
“I want to emphasize that the population is actively helping us. It is thanks to the information that we receive from our operational sources that we even managed to prevent a terrorist attack against the leadership of our state. I’m sure that after the victory it will be possible to talk about this much more,” he said.
Earlier, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov stated that Vladimir Putin did not cancel the task he allegedly set to eliminate the top political leadership of Ukraine.
The SBU reported that since the beginning of full-scale hostilities, a sabotage and reconnaissance group that allegedly planned to assassinate Vladimir Zelensky was eliminated.
