Ukrainians will not be able to take advantage of visa liberalization with the EU due to poverty. Political scientist Vladimir Volya stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The poverty of the population does not encourage many people to take advantage of the visa-free regime for tourism, medical or educational purposes. Visa-free is still not for poor people who receive subsidies for utilities, which are growing and growing,” the expert said.
